A gift for Kelli and a new story

Kelli is one of my most faithful and encouraging readers, and as we’re coming to a close on the Otis story (soon, faithful readers, I promise), I wanted to give her a little gift of appreciation.  So, Kelli, I’m leaving the framework of the next story up to you.  If you’re game (and if you’re not just let me know and that’s no problem either) fill in the following information and we’ll see what kind of story arises.  It’s a bit of experiment so I make no promises, but I’ll do my best to make it fun and interesting.

1) What’s your favorite movie?

2) What’s your hometown?

3) Choose an occupation and a name for our heroine.

4) What is one exciting thing you’ve always wanted to do, but not yet done.

5) Pick a number of episodes (no more than 10, no fewer than 3)

6) Anything that comes to mind that you’d like to see in this story.  Famous characters, other names, style of story…anything at all.

What an honor! Thank you so much, David. I hope I do not mess this up.

    1) What’s your favorite movie? Sleepless in Seattle, Mickey Blue Eyes or My Best Friend’s Wedding.

    2) What’s your hometown? Canyon Country, CA

    3) Choose an occupation and a name for our heroine. Hmmmmmm.
Her name is Katherine Suzanne and she designs and sews beautiful clothing.

    4) What is one exciting thing you’ve always wanted to do, but not yet done. I have always wanted to go on an extended tour of Europe. And I mean, ex-ten-ded…

    5) Pick a number of episodes (no more than 10, no fewer than 3). Heck, let’s go for it… 10!

    6) Anything that comes to mind that you’d like to see in this story. Famous characters, other names, style of story…anything at all.
Historical fiction, a best friend named Jonathan and a pet bird.

    I. cannot. wait!!

    1. Awesome. Thanks Kelli for being a good sport. It’s funny to me that you worry about “messing it up” cause that’s exactly what I’m was thinking…”I hope I don’t mess this up!”
Looks like a good challenge. Any particular kind of bird?
